Mushroom Meatballs
Take 2-3lb ground beef mix in your 2 egg black pepper onion powder garlic powder season salt and I use Montreal steak seasoning from McCormick but u dont have to put that in there add your bread crumbe combine and form into golf ball sized meatballs on a sprayed baking sheet.
Bake them at 375 for about 25 mins they don't have to be all the way done. In the meantime mix 3 cans of cream of mushroom soup and two packages of brown gravy. Add 1/4 cup milk. Whisk that all together. Then add either 2 cans of drained mushrooms or one pack of sliced fresh mushrooms to the soup mix. In a large slow cooker spray it with non stick. Add the meatballs. Then pour the mushrooms and soup mixture u just made on top of it. Dont stir.
Cover it with a lid and let it cook on low for 2-3 hours.
I usually make mashed potatoes cause the soup mixture becomes the gravy and like frozen peas and a salad or something. But yep. Mushroom meatballs
